Subhash Chandra and Sh. Tikesh Kumar, Ld. Counsels for the accused Rahul Soni alongwith accused Rahul Soni in person. Perusal of record reflects that accused Amit Joshi is not appearing in the present matter despite issuance of B/Ws. Service report of B/Ws issued vide order dated 25.09.2024 reflects that the B/Ws could not be executed as the accused is stated to have left the address. Today again, accused is absent despite repeated calls. It appears that the accused Amit Joshi is deliberately avoiding the service as well as appearance before the court. Accordingly, let NBWs be issued against the accused Amit Joshi at all given addresses through SHO concerned and notice to surety U/s 446 of Cr.P.C., returnable on NDOH. In case of non-service, process server is directed to remain physically present on NDOH. List for appearance of accused Amit Joshi / further proceedings on 04.09.2025.
