Today, this matter is fixed for verification of BB of
accused Mukesh and Rakesh/consideration on the point of charge.
Bail bonds furnished on behalf of aforesaid accused
persons have been verified. Bail bonds of accused Mukesh and
Rakesh have been accepted.
Two separate applications seeking exemption from
personal appearance have been filed on behalf of accused Nanak
Chand and Ravinder Singh.
Heard. For the reasons mentioned in the applications,
same stand allowed with the direction to accused persons to appear
in the court on NDOH.
