A compliance report w.r.t. service of summons has been filed by ACP, HQ on behalf of DCP concerned. However, a written intimation has been sent to the court seeking exemption for today by IO/ACP concerned, whereby -- 1 of 2 -- 2 it has been mentioned that he is not in a position to appear before the court today due to law and order arrangement in Kanwar Yatra. For the reasons mentioned, exemption from appearance is granted for today. Issue fresh summons to IO/ACP J.S. Mehta through Joint Commissioner of Police for NDOH. Otherwise, this matter is fixed for supplying copy of charge-sheet/arguments on the regular bail application / FP. Copy has been supplied to Ld. Counsel for complainant, who has sought some time to address arguments on the regular bail application after going thorugh the said charge- sheet. Time is granted in the interest of justice.
