for accused Nanak Chand and Mukesh. Fresh v/n filed

Today, this matter is fixed for verification report of bail
bonds/consideration on the point of charge.
However, Ld. proxy counsel for accused persons has
sought some time to address arguments on the point of charge. Time is
granted in the interest of justice as last opportunity.
Bail bonds furnished on behalf of accused persons have
been verified. Bail bonds of accused Nanak Chand, Aver Singh and
Ravinder have been accepted. However, fresh bail bonds have been
furnished on behalf of accused Mukesh and Rakesh. Let same be
verified for NDOH.
Put up for verification of BB of accused Mukesh and
Rakesh/consideration on the point of charge on 15.04.2025.
