Present: Sh. Pradeep Kumar, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff along with
Sh. Hans Kumar Jain, AR/Director of Jai Durga Traders Pvt. Ltd.
None for the defendant.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the matter has been settled in the
Mediation Centre with the defendant Sh. Ujjawal Madaan, Prop. of Shri Ram
Enterprises on 05.04.2024 vide settlement Ex.C1 for full and final settlement
amount of Rs.5,21,000/- and as per the said settlement, plaintiff had already received
full and final settlement amount of Rs.5,21,000/- in his account and now, nothing
remains due for adjudication in the present case. Thus, it is prayed that the present
suit be disposed off as compromised decreed in terms of Ex.C1.
Separate statement of AR/Director of Jai Durga Traders Pvt. Ltd. to
this effect recorded.
In view of statement made, the present suit is decreed in terms of
Ex.C1.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has requested for refund of court fees.
In view of settlement arrived at Mediation Centre, therefore, refund of
court fees is permitted as per rules. Decree sheet be prepared in terms of Ex.C1.
File be consigned to Record Room.
