For the reasons mentioned in the application under
Order 11 Rule 1 (5) CPC, the additional documents
filed by the plaintiff are taken on record. However,
the plaintiff has still not filed the list of existing
directors, as available in the record of the Registrar
of Companies. Subject to the rectification of the said
deficiency, issue summons of the suit to the
defendant, on PF, through Regd. AD Post, courier,
WhatsApp and
e-mail, for 29.04.2025. The plaintiff
shall furnish the plaint and documents in the form of
pdf to
Nazarat for service through
WhatsApp and
e-
mail. Summons of the suit be not issued till proof of
transfer of complete paper book of the plaint and
documents in
pdf form to
Nazarat Branch is not
enclosed with the PF. Office is directed to attach a
copy of
e-mail regarding submission of complete
paper book of the plaint and documents with the
summons.
