1. Complainant/PW Mahesh Babu has not turned up yet
despite several calls. He has left the Court without any information.
2. Ld. Counsel for complainant has informed that she has no
information about the complainant/Mahesh Babu.
3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, issue Bailable
warrant against the complainant/PW Mahesh Babu in the sum of Rs.
1,000/- with one surety of the like amount for NDOH.
4. Put up for PE on 01.10.2024.
