Counsel for accused Himanshu Sharma. 1. Accused Ranjeet @ Chander has submitted that he is not represented by a Counsel and request that Government Counsel may be appointed for him. Sh. Uday Vir Singh, Ld. DCLADC has appeared on behalf of Ld. CLADC Sh. C.M. Bhardwaj, he be appointed as Legal Aid Counsel for accused Ranjeet @ Chander. 2. At this stage, accused persons wish to admit the following documents u/s 294 Cr.PC/330 BNSS- (i) Registration of FIR No. 476/23 which is now exhibited as Ex.A1. (ii) Registration of Zero FIR No. 002 dated 14.08.2023 in PS Harsh Vihar which is now exhibited as Ex.A2. (iii) Documents related to the birth certificate of accused Himanshu S/o Rajender issued from the concerned School which is now -- 1 of 2 -- exhibited as Ex. A3 and Ex. A4 (these documents are admitted only by accused Himanshu S/o Rajender). (iv) Documents related to the birth certificate of accused Gaurav S/o Surender issued from the concerned School which is now exhibited as Ex. A5 and Ex. A6 (these documents are admitted only by accused Gaurav). 3. In view of this admission of documents (as mentioned above) u/s. 294 Cr.P.C., evidence of Prosecution Witnesses mentioned at serial Nos. 4, 5 and 21 in the list of PWs, are hereby dispensed with and the PWs are dropped from list of PWs. 4.
