1. PW-1 Mohit @ Babu is further cross-examined on behalf of
the accused Gaurav and Himashu s/o Rajender, his further cross-
examination is deferred at it is already 03:55PM and miscellaneous
applications and petitions are pending for dictation.
2. PW-1 Mohit @ Babu has submitted that he has been
appearing for his evidence for the last three days. He has requested that
he may be summoned again after two-three days, as his employment is
being adversely affected due to his continuous attendance before the
Court.
