Complainant is present in person.
1. Accused Vikas @ Suraj @ Kachri submits that earlier he
was being represented by a private counsel who is not contacting him,
therefore, he requests for providing another counsel to legally
represent himself. At this stage, Ms. Suruchi Sharma, who is present
in the court and has stated her Enrol. No. as D/1364/2021, Mobile No.
99911079351 is appointed as Amicus Curiae for accused Vikas @
Suraj @ Kachri.
2. PW-1 Mohit has been further cross-examined on behalf
of accused Kuldeep @ Landa. His further cross-examination is
deferred at the request of Ld. Counsel for accused Himanshu S/o
Rajender and Gaurav for want of accused persons who have not
produced from JC today due to ongoing AI Summit.
3. Put up for PE on 02.03.2026. PW-1 Mohit be summoned
for the next date of hearing. .
