Sh. Puran Singh, Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused.
1. Ld. Counsel for the applicant/ accused have submitted that he
wishes to withdraw the present bail application.
2. Considering the submissions of the Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/ accused, the application at hand stands disposed of as withdrawn.
3. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused have
submitted that complete FSL result of the present case has not been filed
yet.
4. Submissions heard. Record perused. Let a notice be issued to
IO/SHO concerned to take steps for expediting the FSL Results of Parcel
No. 1 i.e. Knife, parcel No. 2 i.e. pants of complainant and Parcel No. 3 i.e.
underwear of complainant [SFSLDLH/12630/PHY(u)/27/25/(Bio)/2920/23]
and to file the same on record within 15 days.
5. Copy of this order be given dasti to the Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/ accused and IO as per rules.
