SDM, Seemapuri alongwith Sh. Ram Kewal, bailiff, SDM
Office, Seemapuri are present and filed the report that “applicants
deposited court fee not refunded till date from SDM office”.
In view of this report, as the court fees is lying
deposited with SDM Office, half of the court fees be returned to
the plaintiff/applicant as per Section 16 A of Court Fees (Delhi
Amendment) Act, in terms of the order dated 26.11.2018 passed
by Sh. A. S. Jayachandra, the then Ld. District and Sessions
Judge, Shahdara District, Delhi. E-Court fees be returned. The
application is allowed.
