Defendant no.6 has been served on 21.05.2025.
Perusal of the record shows that WS alongwith an application
under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC and application under Order 39 Rule 1 and
2 CPC alongwith relevant documents were filed on behalf of D1 to D5
on 25.10.2025. Same be taken on record. Copy of the same supplied to
Ld. Proxy counsel for plaintiff, who seeks time to file reply to the said
applications. Heard. Be filed within 30 days with an advance copy to the
opposite party.
Perusal of the record further shows that WS alongwith an
application under Section 5 of Limitation Act and application under
Order 1 Rule 10 CPC with documents filed on behalf of D6. Same be
taken on record. Copy already supplied and same is duly acknowledged
by Ld. Proxy counsel for plaintiff.
Ld. Proxy counsel for plaintiff seeks time to file reply to the
aforesaid applications. Be filed within 30 days with an advance copy to
the opposite party.
Matter is adjourned.
