Present: Sh. Hans Kumar Jain, Directer of the plaintiff alongwith Sh. Munish
Chhoker, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff alongwith another witness Sh.
Chaman Singh.
Sh. Man Mohan Singh, Ld. Counsel for the defendant alongwith
defendant.
The matter is fixed for evidence of the plaintiff. Since, earlier the
examination-in-chief of PW-1 was deferred for want of original document. Today
PW-1 has appeared. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that PW-1 has
brought the original document. Let, PW-1 be examined. Accordingly, examination-
in-chief of PW-1 has been completed. He has been partly cross examined by the
Ld. Counsel for the defendant till 3.05 p.m. Since, this witness during his cross
examination has stated that he can produce the statement of account of the plaintiff
for year 2022 relating to the transactions with the defendant and Ld. Counsel for
the defendant has submitted that further cross-examination of this witness may be
deferred, as this witness is desirous to produce the statement of account. So, at the
request of the Ld. Counsel for the defendant further cross-examination of this witness is
deferred. The witness is directed to produce the statement of account for year 2022.
Matter is ordered to be listed on 17.02.2025 for further cross-
examination of PW-1.
