The matter is fixed for remaining evidence of the plaintiff.
Today, PW Sh. Chaman Singh has appeared, his affidavit has
already been filed in the Court.
Let the witness be examined.
Accordingly, examination in chief of this witness has been
recorded, he has been partly cross-examined by Ld. Counsel for the
defendant.
Now it is lunch time and further cross-examination is deferred
till 02:00 PM.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for the defendant has submitted that
he has to appear in the Mediation Centre of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in
the after lunch session, so he will not be in a position to appear in this Court.
He has also submitted that his spectacles had also fallen today in this Court
and got broken and seeks adjournment.
In view of the request made by Ld. Counsel for the defendant,
further cross-examination of this witness is deferred.
Matter stands adjourned for further cross-examination of
PW-2.
