Present: Sh. Manish Chhokar, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff
along with the witnesses namely Sh. Hans Kumar Jain
and Sh. Chaman Singh.
Sh. S.S. Dhir, Ld. Counsel for the defendant.
The matter is fixed for evidence of the plaintiff. Today, Sh.
Hans Kumar Jain, AR/director of the plaintiff has appeared along with Sh
Chaman Singh. Let these witnesses be examined one by one.
Sh. Hans Kumar Jain, AR/director of the plaintiff partly
examined himself as PW-1 and after part in examination in chief, Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that the witness could not bring
the original documents, so, the examination in chief may be deferred.
Accordingly further exmaination in chief of this witness is deferred.
Let the other witness be examined.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted
that Sh. Chaman Singh may also be examined after the examination of
Sh. Hans Kumar Jain and seeks adjournment.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant has also submitted that main
counsel for the defendant is also not available as he has to go to attend
the cremation of known person and seeks adjournment.
Accordingly matter stands adjourned for 03.01.2025 for
evidence of the plaintiff.
