along with the witnesses Sh. Hans Kumar Jain and Sh.
Chaman Singh.
Sh. S.S. Dhir, Ld. Counsel for the defendant.
The matter is fixed for evidence of the plaintiff.
Today, the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed
affidavit of two witnesses namely Sh. Hans Kumar Jain and Sh.
Chaman Singh. Hardcopies thereof have been supplied to the Ld.
Counsel for the defendant today in the court.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant has submitted that since
advance copies of affidavits of both the witnesses are not supplied
in advance. So, he will not be able to cross examine any of the
witness of the plaintiff today and seeks adjournment.
The Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that in
view of personal difficulty, the advance copies of affdiavits of both
the witnesses could not be supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
defendant.
In view of the request made by the Ld. Counsel for the
defendant and in the interest of justice, last and final opportunity
granted to the defendant to cross examine the witnesses.
Accordingly, matter stands adjourned for evidence of
the plaintiff.
