Accused Sunny and Shivam @ Nitesh produced
from JC.
Accused Rinku @ Chola Chotu produced from JC,
but he is on bail in the present matter.
The accused Shivam and Rinku submit that they do
not have counsel and a counsel may be provided to them.
In these circumstances, Sh. Pradeep Kumar
Aggarwal, Remand Advocate of this court, present in the court
today, who is on the panel of Legal Aid of Shahdara District,
KKD, having enrollment no. D-900/2006, Ch. No. 735-B,
Western Wing, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi is hereby appointed as
LAC for accused Shivam and Rinku.
Accused Sunny submits that he has engaged private
counsel, but he has not appeared today. Last opportunity granted
to him, failing which Ld. LAC shall be appointed for accused
Sunny also.
Put up for further consideration on charge on
06.11.2025.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to Ld. LAC and be
also sent to DLSA Shahdara, KKD for information and necessary
action.
