1. Ld. Counsel for Revisionist has submitted that
Revisionist has preferred this Revision Petition against the impugned
order dated 10.09.2024 passed by Ld. Judicial Magistrate (Shahdara)
in Criminal Case No. 3831 of 2023 in case titled as ‘State Vs. Puneet
Arora’, FIR No. 731/22, PS Jagatpuri.
He has further submitted that two separate Criminal
Revision Petitions bearing nos. 253/2024 and 254/2024 against the
said impugned order are pending in the Court of Sh. Vineet Kumar,
Ld. ASJ-02(E-Court), Shahdara, Delhi and in the Court of Sh. Arvind
Bansal, Ld. ASJ-05, Shahdara, KKD, Delhi. Ld. Counsel requests for
transfer of all the Revision Petitions against the impugned order dated
10.09.2024 in the same Court in order to avoid the conficting
Judgments.
2. Submissions heard. Record Perused.
3. In view of the submissions of Ld. Counsel for
Revisionist, let the matter be put up before the Learned Principal
District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi at
02:00PM today for further orders/directions, if any, if deemed

necessary.
4. Ahlmad is directed to place the file before the Court of
Learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma
Courts, Delhi at 02:00PM today.
