None for D-2.
Plaintiff has not taken steps in compliance with the
order dated 03.04.2024 and has not filed PF.
Plaintiff is directed to be diligent and is directed to
file PF within 07 days from today in compliance with the order
dated 03.04.2024.
Upon filing of PF, Assistnat Ahlmad is directed to
issue summon upon D-1 as per order dated 03.04.2024 for the
NDOH.
Defendant no.2 has not filed WS till date despite
opportunity granted, however, in the interest of justice, last and
final opportunity is granted to D-2 to file WS as well as affidavit
of admission and denial of documents within 30 days from today
with an advance copy to plaintiff, failing which his right to file
WS shall be closed on the NDOH.
Upon receipt of WS and affidavit of admission and
denial of documents, plaintiff is at liberty to file replication, if
any and affidavit of admission and denial of documents, if
required within 15 days thereafter with an advance copy to D-1.

and file proposed issues on or before the NDOH.
Put up for compliance, completion of pleadings,
admission and denial of documents and framing of issues on
