Matter is fixed for consideration on issuance of notice.
It is informed by Ld. Counsel for revisionist that
complainant/respondent no. 2 Anjana Chauhan has preferred a revision
petition against the impugned order dt. 26.09.2023 and said revision
petition is pending before the Court of Ms. Surabhi Sharma Vats, Ld.
ASJ-04 Shahdara. The next date of hearing in the said matter is stated to
be 13.02.2024. All the four revisionists of the present case are stated to
have received the notice of the said revision petition.
Taking note of the fact that present revision petition and the
revision petition before Ld. ASJ-04 Shahdara has challenged the same
impugned order dt. 26.09.2023, it would be appropriate if both the
matters are heard by the same Court.
This Court deems it appropriate to place this file before Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara with request to mark both
the cases to either of the Courts to avoid conflicting orders or for any
other appropriate directions as deemed appropriate.
