Hon’ble High Court of Delhi wherein this Court has been directed to record
evidence of material witnesses before the next date of hearing at Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi i.e. 16.07.2024.
Fresh summons be issued to PW Shabana through IO/SHO PS
Jafrabad. Copy of order of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi dt. 17.05.2024 be
attached with the process. Also issue summons to PW Tasleem Ahmed and
PW Mohd. Shadab for next date of hearing.
Considering the directions of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, put
up for PE on date already fixed i.e. 09.07.2024 and 10.07.2024.
