Harkesh, ld. Counsel for defendants with both the defendants (present in court). Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has already amended his suit and replication has also been filed by him. Perusal of record shows that amended plaint and replication are on record however, the ahlmad has not endorsed the same in the noting. Ahlmad is warned to be careful in future. Counsel for the defendant submits that the ground floor of the suit property was sold by Smt. Akhtari Begum during her lifetime to one Sh. Mohammad Naushad s/o Abdul Hamid. Ld. Counsel further submits that Smt. Akhtari Begum also transferred the first and second floor of the suit property during her lifetime in the name of defendant. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks some time to move appropriate application. Be filed within 02 weeks with advance copy to the other side. Reply, if any, to the said application be filed by the other side within 04 weeks thereafter with advance copy to the other side.
