Application seeking exemption from physical appearance
has been filed by the IO. For the reasons stated in the application, the
application is allowed and IO is exempted from his physical
appearance for today only. The application stands disposed of.
As regards filing of the FSL results, copy of the request
letter to the Director FSL, has also been filed, however, the date of
dispatch is 11.08.2026. It was vide order dated 07.05.2026 that notice
was issued to the IO to expedite the FSL results. The dispatch date
clearly shows that diligence is lacking on the part of the IO.
Issue notice to the IO as well as SHO as to why due
diligence in getting the FSL result has not been exercised. IO is also
directed to present before the Court in time on the next date of
hearing.
The Regular Addl. PP for the State posted in this Court is
on leave today.
At request, put up for purpose already fixed on
22.10.2026.
