Accused Charu Gupta has appeared through VC from JC.

complainant.
1. Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has filed his memo of
appearance on behalf of accused and will be filing his vakalatnama before
the next date of hearing. Memo of appearance be taken on record.
2. It is submitted by accused Charu Gupta that she has been
enlarged on bail in the present case by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi but
she has not furnished her bail bond since she is in judicial custody in some
other cases.
3. A request letter from SHO, PS Shahdara received on record
stating that result of FSL is not yet been ready.
4. Matter is today fixed for arguments on Charge. Ld. Counsel
for accused submits that he seeks some time to go through the file and
address arguments on Charge since he has been recently engaged in the
present matter.
5. Submissions heard. Record perused.
6. Put up for arguments on the point of Charge on 12.11.2025.
IO be summoned for the NDOH.
