There is a claim petition as well as DAR filed in
respect of same accident. The claim petition filed U/S 166 of
Motor Vehicle Act bearing MACT NO.2540/2024 is treated as
the main claim petition and the DAR be clubbed with the main
petition.
Two separate vakalatnamas filed on behalf of
respondents no.1&2 and by respondent no.4, same are taken on
record.

As per noting of Ahlmad respondent no.5/DTC has
been served with the notice, however none has appeared on
behalf of respondent/DTC. Accordingly, respondent no.5/DTC is
hereby proceeded exparte.
Other respondents to file their written statement
within 30 days from today except respondents no.1&2 who have
filed their written statement on 28.03.2025. Let the copy of same
be supplied to the petitioner.
Put up for framing of issues/ further proceedings on
11.06.2025.
