Both accused on bail.
PW-1 Mukaram and PW Ct. Rakesh are present.
Witnesses present today are discharged unexamined for today only as
substitute APP is also looking after the work of his own Court and has appeared
before this Court only after 12:30 PM.
Hence, no time is left.
FSL result has not been received in this case despite issuance of
show cause notice to the Director FSL.
A copy of the order be served upon the Director, FSL with directions
to appear in person through VC or physically for explanation on the NDOH.
PW Mukkaram submits that PW Munna is unable to appear before
the Court on account of medical issues.
A Copy of the order be served upon SHO, PS Jyoti Nagar with
directions to get medical examination of PW Munna conducted and furnish report
as to whether he can appear in Court. Alternatively, arrangements be made for
recording of his deposition through video conferencing.
Re-notify for PE on 10.07.2026.
