PW-4 Sonu is cross-examined partly and his further
cross-examination is deferred as it is already 4:30 pm and
witness is not feeling well today. Let he be summoned afresh for
NDOH.
PW Sandeep Chandoliya is present, however, he is
discharged unexamined for today due to paucity of time. Let he
be summoned afresh for NDOH.

One communication sent to FSL, Rohini by SHO
concerned has been sent to this court, wherein it has been
mentioned that “case is not ready as per record”.
Accordingly, SHO concerned is further directed to
follow up with the FSL concerned regarding the aforesaid result
of case property and file the requisite report at the earliest.
Issue notice to Director FSL, Rohini to intimate the
tentative date to this court through SHO concerned, by which the
FSL analysis report in the present case shall be ready.
Put up this matter for filing of FSL report/further PE
on 04.06.2025 &10.06.2025.
