Pursuant to notice issued to V-B Incharge, W/HC
Suman is present and has tendered her explanation w.r.t.
misplacement of summons issued to PW Sonu on earlier date of
hearing. She is directed to remain cautious in future. She is
discharged accordingly.
Otherwise, this matter is fixed for filing of FSL
analysis report/further PE.
Perusal of the record reveals that one letter bearing
no. SFSL DLH/9689/BAL/1461/22/BIO/2132/21/2794 dated
24.01.2025 has been received from Division Head (Ballistics),
FSL, Rohini, wherein it has been mentioned that the case report
shall be ready by 04.03.2025.
Accordingly, IO/SHO is directed to file the same by
way of supplementary charge sheet before this court as soon as it
is received.

Otherwise, this matter is fixed for PE today.
PW-4 Sonu is partly examined-in-chief. However,
during the course of the same, he started feeling a bit uneasy,
therefore, his further examination-in-chief was deferred and he
was taken to dispensary. Thereafter, he was discharged for today.
He is bound down for NDOH.
PW Sandeep Chandolia is present. However he is
discharged unexamined for want of case property which is
scheduled to be received from FSL by 04.03.2025. Let he be
summoned later on.
Put up this matter for further PE on date already
fixed i.e. 19.02.2025.
