All accused persons have not been produced from
JC today in the wake of paucity of staff due to upcoming Lok
Sabha Elections in Delhi. However, custody warrant of accused
been sent to the court of undersigned.
At this stage, Sh. Shailender Singh, Ld. Counsel has
submitted that he may be discharged on behalf of accused Devi
Chand as fresh V/n has been filed on his behalf today.
In view of above, Sh. Shailender Singh, Ld. Counsel
is discharged on behalf of accused Devi Chand.
Otherwise, this matter is fixed for PE today.
PW-1 ASI Parmita Rani is examined, cross-
examined and discharged.
PW-2 HC Naveen Kumar is examined and his
further examination is deferred as some clarification is required
from IO. Let he be summoned afresh for NDOH.

PW Sandeep Chandoliya is present, however, he is
discharged unexamined for today due to paucity of time. Let he
be summoned afresh for NDOH.
IO (supplementary) i.e. Insp. Jitender Rana not
present despite execution of BWs. Further, no intimation has
been received on his behalf regarding his absence. In fact, this
court waited for him till 4:30 PM and gave an opportunity to
mark his presence before the court, but still he chose not to
appear before the court.
Accordingly, PB/SB stands forfeited. As a result,
penalty is imposed upon PW/Insp. Jitender Rana to the tune
of amount mentioned in the personal bond i.e. Rs.5,000/- to
be deducted from his salary. Warrant of attachment be
issued in this regard through DCP concerned.
Put up this matter for further PE as well as report on
warrant of attachment against IO(supplementary)/Insp. Jitender
Rana on 18.07.2024 & 24.07.2024.
Issue notice to First IO/Insp. Devender Dahiya to
appear in person before this court on NDOH.
