Ms. Vishakha, Ld. Proxy counsel for remaining accused. PW Suresh and Amit present but adjournment sought on behalf of all the accused on the ground that their respective counsels are not available. Ms. Shivani Kathpalia, Ld. Proxy counsel for accused Nitin submits that main counsel Sh. B.P. Sharma is not well today, therefore, he could not appear. Sh. Vimal Tyagi, Ld. Counsel for accused Sewa Ram and Maya submits that he is struck in some other urgent matters today, therefore, he is unable to appear before this court. Ms. Vishakha, Ld. Proxy counsel for remaining accused submitts that accused persons have informed the main counsel that they intend to change their counsel. Contd., -- 1 of 2 -- -2- I have asked the accused persons and they reiterates that they need time to change the counsel. The court offered the legal aid services but they subnmit that they will engage private counsel. In view of above, both the witnesses are discharged unexamined. Put up for PE on 23.03.2026.
