This is an application u/s 439 Cr.P.C. moved on
behalf of applicant/accused for grant of regular bail and same has
emanated out of a pending trial before this court.
Today this application is fixed for appearance of 2nd
IO Insp. Jitendra Rana a/w relevant CCTV Footage.
However, he is not present despite service. An
application seeking exemption from personal appearance has
been filed on his behalf, whereby he has submitted that he is
attending a matter before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi today.
In view of the same, exemption is allowed for today.
Let 2nd IO Insp. Jitendra Rana be summoned afresh
through DCP concerned with directions to appear on NDOH a/w
relevant CCTV Footage. Application is disposed of accordingly.
