PW-3 Sandeep Chandolia is partly cross-examined and
his further cross-examination is deferred due to paucity of time. PW-3
Sandeep Chandolia be summoned afresh for NDOH.
The Court was adjourning the matter for 05.01.2026 &
06.01.2026 but witness submits that he is not available on these dates,
therefore, at the convenience of witness and all Ld. Counsels, put up
for PE on 07.01.2026 at 11 am. All the counsels as well as witness are
requested to adher the timings fixed by the court.
