Notice sent to IO/Insp. Devender Dahiya received
back with the report that he is on EL from 21.02.2025 to
11.03.2025. Notice be issued afresh to IO for NDOH.
Today, this matter is fixed for further PE.
PW Sonu is present, further examined-in-chief, partly
cross examined and discharged, as it is 4.10 pm. He is bound down
for NDOH for his further cross examination.
In view of request of Ld. Addl. PP for the State as well
as for the reasons mentioned in the evidence sheet, liberty is
granted to the State to recall PW4/Sonu for the purpose of
identification of case property as and when the same is received
from the FSL concerned.

PW Karan is present, however he is discharged
unexamined as no time left, as it is already 4.10 pm. Let, this
witness be summoned afresh for NDOH.
Put up this matter for further PE on date already fixed
i.e. 10.03.2025.
