Today this matter is fixed for PE.
Summons to PW4 Sonu not received back as the
same is stated to have been misplaced by V-B Incharge.
Issue notice to V B Incharge on NDOH for
explanation in this regard.
However, IO/Insp. Devender Dahiya has informed
this court that as per telephonic conversation, PW Sonu has gone
out of station and is unable to appear before this court today.
Let PW Sonu be summoned afresh for NDOH.
PW Ct. Pardeep is present, but he is discharged
unexamined for today as Ld. Counsels have submitted that they
want to examine the public witnesses first. Let he be summoned
afresh later on.
At this stage, it has been informed to this court by
IO/Insp. Devender Dahiya that notice was issued to Director FSL

Rohini to comply with the order dated 16.01.2025. However, no
communication has been received from FSL Rohini till date.
Accordingly, issue fresh notice to Director FSL to
expedite the process of analysis and submit the report on or
before NDOH as specific directions for conclusion of evidence
expeditiously have been passed by the Hon'ble High Court of
Delhi in the present matter vide order dated 14.01.2025.
IO/SHO are directed to follow up the FSL analysis
reports with FSL concerned and file it as soon as the same is
received.
Priority letter be issued through DCP concerned in
this regard.
Put up this matter for aforesaid purpose/ explanation
by V-B Incharge/further PE on 15.02.2025 & 19.02.2025.
PW Sandeep Chandoliya be also summoned for
NDOH.
Issue notice to IO to appear in person before this
court on NDOH.
