PW-3 Sandeep Chandolia a/w PW Amit are present,
however, an application seeking adjournment has been filed on
behalf of Sandeep Chandolia on the ground of ill health of his
daughter. Adjournment is not opposed.
In view of above, the present application is disposed
of as allowed. PW-3 Sandeep Chandolia and PW Amit are
discharged unexamined for today. PW-3 Sandeep Chandolia is
bound down for NDOH and PW Amit be summoned afresh for
NDOH.
PW Ct. Pradeep not present despite service.
Issue B/Ws in the sum of Rs.5000/- against him to
be executed through SHO for NDOH.
