marked to another court. He further stated that the said filing has
been registered as CS No.2662/2024 which is pending before the
Court of Ld.DJ-01, Shahdara, KKD Courts, Delhi for
23.04.2025. He further submits that he has also submitted the
original plaint and documents (paper book) in the aforesaid
Court.

In view of the circumstances, present suit stands
dismissed.
