Ld. Proxy Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file
replication during the course of the day. Copy already supplied.
Pleadings are complete. On the basis of pleadings of
parties, following issues are framed:-
i) Whether plaintiff is entitled for decree of partition against
the defendants ? OPP.
ii) Whether plaintiff is entitled for grant of relief of
declaration of the Family Will, Family GPA and Gift
Deed qua the suit property as null and void ? OPP
iii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of rendition
of accounts against the defendants as claimed ? OPP
iv) Relief. OPP
No other issue arises or pressed for. Both the parties
are directed to file list of witnesses within 15 days from today
with advance copy to opposite party. Plaintiffs are directed to
supply the advance copy of evidence by way of affidavit of its
witnesses to defendants at least one week before NDOH.
