Dinesh Kumar Srivastav, Advocate be discharged in the present
matter.

In view of the circumstances, Sh. Dinesh Kumar
Srivastav, Advocate stands discharged.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that the draft of
reply to the application under Order VII Rule 11 r/w Section 151
CPC and replication is ready and signed. He seeks two days time
to file the same. Let the same be filed with an advance copy to
defendant.
Plaintiff is also directed to file affidavits of
admission and denial of documents within 30 days with an
advance copy to defendant.
