The matter is fixed for filing of fresh address of the defendant and also
for service of summons to the defendant. The plaintiff has failed to file the fresh
address of the defendant and also fails to take steps for service of summons to the
defendant. Today, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has appeared through VC and seeks to
two week time to file fresh address of the defendant. In the interest of justice, last and
final opportunity to the plaintiff to file fresh address of the defendant with two weeks
time from today. On filing of fresh address of the defendant and also taking the steps
by the plaintiff within two weeks, summons are ordered to be issued to the defendant
through all modes with the direction to the defendant to file written statement,
statement of truth and affidavit of admission /denial within 30 days from the date of
service of summons. The summons to be issued to the defendant are returnable on
03.04.2025.
