None for the defendant. The matter is fixed for awaiting the reports on the summons sent to the defendant for previous date. In the meantime fresh summons were also ordered to be issued to the defendant through all modes. The plaintiff is directed to file fresh address of the defendant within 10 days from today. On filing of fresh address of the defendant and also on taking of steps by the plaintiff within 10 days from today, the summons are ordered to be issued to the defendant through all modes with the direction to the defendant to file written statement, statement of truth and affidavit of admission / denial within 30 days from the date of his service of summons.
