Ld. counsel for D-2 to D-6, on instructions submits
that D-2 to D-6 have no objection, if the application under Order
XXII Rule 4 r/w Section 151 CPC for substitution of proposed
LRs of D-1 be allowed.
Ld. counsel for D-9 seeks some more time to file
reply to the aforesaid application.
Plaintiff has not filed PF in compliance with the
order dated 03.02.2026.
Let fresh notice of the application under Order XXII
Rule 4 r/w Section 151 CPC and application under Order XI Rule
12 and 14 r/w Section 151 CPC be issued upon proposed LRs
No.(a) and (c) to (e) of D-1 on filing of PF/RC, returnable for
NDOH.
