documents filed by plaintiff.
Written statement on behalf of D-2 to D-6 along
with vakalatnama filed on 18.03.2025. Copy already supplied
under due acknowledgment.
Plaintiff is at liberty to file replication within 15
days from today with an advance copy to the defendants No.2 to
6.
Plaintiff and defendants No.2 to 6 are directed to file
their respective affidavits of admission and denial of documents
within 30 days from today with an advance copy to opposite side.
An application under Section 151 CPC filed on
behalf of D-1 along with fresh vakalatnama on 21.04.2025.

Deficit copies of pages No.5 and 6 of the plaint
supplied to Ld. Counsel for D-1 and D-7.
In view of the circumstances, application under
Section 151 CPC stands disposed of being satisfied.
Ld. Counsel for D-1 and D-7 submits that he will
file his vakalatnama on behalf of D-1 and D-7 on or before next
date of hearing.
Let the same be filed.
D-1 and D-7 are directed to file WS and affidavits of
admission and denial of documents within 30 days from today
with an advance copy to plaintiff.
Plaintiff is at liberty to file replication and affidavits
of admission and denial of documents, if required, within 15 days
thereafter with an advance copy to the defendants No.1 and D-7.
Replications/rejoinders of the written statements of
D-8 and D-9 have been filed on behalf of plaintiff. Copy supplied
to Ld. Counsel for D-9.
Plaintiff is directed to supply copy of
replication/rejoinder to Ld. Counsel for D-8 within 07 days from
today.
An application under Order XI Rule 12 and 14 r/w
Section 151 CPC filed by plaintiff qua D-8. Copy already
supplied through email. Same has been acknowledged.
D-8 is directed to file reply to the aforesaid
application within fifteen days from today with an advance copy
to plaintiff.
