Ld. Counsel for the revisionist submits that the
accused/revisionist Rohtash Bhiduri @ Titu was put in Column
No. 12 by the IO of the EOW, New Delhi after thorough
investigation in the supplementary charge-sheet filed and
accused/revisionist was exonerated by the police in the charge-
sheet and there is no evidence against the accused/revisionist
available on record but at the time of taking cognizance,
revisionist was summoned in a mechanical manner and no
speaking order was passed by Ld. CMM, Shahdara, KKD Courts
and revisionist was summoned vide order dated 28.07.2023.
Ld. APP submits he has received the copy of
revision today itself and needs time to go to the same and the
IO/Inspector Anurag Singh and Amit Dahiya are also needs to be
summoned.
The revisionist has not filed memo of parties
mentioning the name of the complainant who is also required to
be heard in the instant revision petition. Ld. Counsel for the
revisionist submits that he will file the amended memo of parties

by tomorrow.
