Amended memo of parties filed on behalf of the
petitioner/revisionist. Same is taken on record.
Arguments on the revision petition already heard.
Ld. Counsel for the revisionist argued that the
accused/revisionist Rohtash Bhiduri @ Titu was put in Column
No. 12 by the IO of the EOW, New Delhi after thorough
investigation in the supplementary charge-sheet filed and
accused/revisionist was exonerated by the police in the charge-
sheet and there is no evidence against the accused/revisionist
available on record but at the time of taking cognizance,
revisionist was summoned in a mechanical manner and no
speaking order was passed by Ld. CMM, Shahdara, KKD Courts
and revisionist was summoned vide order dated 28.07.2023.
Ld. APP argued that he had received the copy of
revision a day before and needs time to go to the same and the
IO/Inspector Anurag Singh and Amit Dahiya also needs to be
summoned.
Let IO/Inspector Anurag Singh and SI Amit
Dahiya be summoned through SHO concerned for the next
date. Complainant Guddu Devi be also summoned through
SHO concerned for her say in the instant revision.

Ld. Counsel for the revisionist submits that
operation of proceedings before the Ld. Trial Court be stayed.
Heard.
The operation of the order dated 28.07.2023 before
the Ld. Trial Court is stayed till next date qua accused Rohtash
Bhiduri.
Be put up for further consideration on 23.02.2024.
