In view of the contentions made in the application
and considering the fact that the present suit is still at the initital
stage and defendants are yet to be served and the proposed
amendment shall not change the nature of the suit, therefore, the
present application under Order VI Rule 17 r/w Section 151 CPC
is hereby allowed.

Amended plaint is taken on record.
Issue summon of the present suit upon the
defendants on on filing of PF/RC/Courier, returnable for the
next date of hearing.
In case of refusal/non-availability/lock, service be
