An exemption application moved on behalf of the
accused Shashi Verma on the ground that he has gone to GOA for
urgent work and he is unable to appear today. He exempted for
today only.
Accused S Gopi Nath submits that LAC may be
provided to him. Earlier also, a request letter sent to DLSA
Shahdara for the same but none has appeared today.
In these circumstances, Sh. C S Tyagi, Remand
Advocate of this court, present in the court today, who is on
the panel of Legal Aid of Shahdara District, KKD, having
enrolment no. D-633/2000, Ch. No. E-Block, E-103, 1st Floor,
Karkardooma Court, Delhi is hereby appointed as LAC for
accused S. Gopi Nath.
Copy of this order be sent to DLSA Shahdara,
KKD for information and necessary action.
