PW S K Rajee partly examined in chief and her further
cross-examination is deferred at the request of Ld. APP.
Ld. APP submits that as per the records, PW S K Rajee
has given 3 statements to the police as mentioned in the list of
documents, but one of the statements dated 02.10.2022 is not filed in
the record and is also not in the police file.
Let IO Inspector Jitender Rana be served through DCP
concerned to appear in person on the next date and clear the issue of
statement dated 02.10.2022.
PW S K Rajee be summoned afresh through SHO
concerned for the next date.
Put up for PE on 01.02.2025.
Copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned for
information and ensuring the filing of said statement dated 02.10.2022
as witness is discharged unexamined for the second time.
