Two fresh vakalatnamas filed on behalf of accused
Pankaj, Rohit @ Bitoo, Rocky and Ankit and the same are taken
on record.
PW Abhishek present, but discharged unexamined
as no time left as it is already 01:30 pm.
One application was moved on behalf of accsued
persons for preponement of the next date, which has become
infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
A report has been received from SI Nitin that the
death certificate of PW Bhujveer is verified and his death
certificate is annexed with the report. Considering the same, the
name of above said witness Bhujveer (mentioned at Sl. No. 10 in
the LoW) be deleted from the list of witnesses.
No reply has been filed by the SHO regarding the
FSL result.
DCP concerned is directed to file the report
regarding the pending FSL result on the next date.
