In view of the above, the right to file WS on behalf of
defendant no. 3 and 5 is hereby closed. Defendants no. 3 and 5 are
accordingly proceeded ex parte.
Summons report of defendant no. 2 is not received back
yet.
Issue fresh summons of the plaint along with documents
upon the defendants no. 2 and 4 on filing PF/RC and through all
modes.
Steps be taken within 07 days.
Defendant no. 1 is directed to file WS within 04 weeks
from today with advance copy to the plaintiff.
Plaintiff to file replication, if any, with advance copy to
the defendant with two weeks thereafter.
Put up for completion of pleadings/admission-denial of
documents/framing of issues on 18.05.2024.
